Public Libraries in Hawaii have begun implementing changes to the Hawaii State Public Library System’s Administrative Rules. The Board of Education (BOE) voted unanimously to approve these rule changes during their April 15, 2010 General Business Meeting. Among the major rule changes that will affect library customers are changes in overdue fines, DVD fines and library card replacement costs. Click here for more details.
