Join the magical adventures of stories! Magician and storyteller Yasu Ishida will share stories from all over the world told in Kamishibai ("Paper-Theatre") style, incorporating magic tricks and various paper art forms, including Origami and Pop-Up Arts. Kamishibai is a storytelling style which became popular in Japan during the 1920s. This free 45-minute program is suitable for preschoolers and lower elementary students. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.
Our Halloween parade is a great opportunity for everyone to practice wearing their Halloween costumes! Program is suitable for ages 5 and under. Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.
Join Tatiana Chauvet-Martin of the Alliance Francaise and her students as they present a special story time entirely told in French! French books and short stories will be read to the children during this delightful event.
