Diabetic Cooking Class with Rita Madden

Join us as registered dietician Rita Madden returns to Aina Haina Public Library for another of her popular cooking demonstrations!  In this session, learn ways to manage diabetes through simple cooking and shopping techniques.  This class is also great for non-diabetics who want to cook healthily.

All attendees will receive food samples, recipes, and a resource guide.
