In this FREE hands-on workshop for teens (ages 11+), adults, & seniors, you will learn how to...
-Make your own ojami (Japanese-style bean bags)
-Play the game otedama with your new bean bags
Otedama is a game similar to jacks. While simple enough to be taught to children, it's also great for teens, adults, and seniors as it fosters hand-eye coordination, memory improvement, and a lot of fun!
Please bring a needle and a small spool of thread if you have these items. All other materials will be provided, courtesy of Lei 'Ilima Club!
Registration requested. Please sign up at the library Reference Desk or call 377-2456 during library hours to reserve your spot.
